Terms and Conditions for Hiring a Display Vehicle (UK)

1. Agreement Overview

By hiring the Replica Jurassic Park Jeep Wrangler (hereafter referred to as "the Vehicle"), the Hirer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The Vehicle is hired for display purposes only and is not to be driven during the hire period.

2. Usage Restrictions

Display Only: The Vehicle is strictly for display purposes. The Hirer agrees that the Vehicle will not be driven under any circumstances during the hire period.

Supervision: The Vehicle must be supervised at all times to prevent unauthorized access or use.

3. Hire Period

The hire period begins at the agreed-upon date and time and ends when the Vehicle is returned to the Owner or an authorized representative.

Any extension of the hire period must be agreed upon in writing before the original hire period expires.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery: The Owner will deliver the Vehicle to the specified location at the agreed-upon time.

Collection: The Owner will collect the Vehicle at the end of the hire period. The Hirer must ensure that the Vehicle is ready for collection at the agreed-upon time.

5. Responsibility and Liability

Damage: The Hirer is responsible for any damage to the Vehicle that occurs during the hire period. The Hirer agrees to cover the cost of any repairs required due to damage caused while in their possession.

Insurance: The Owner maintains insurance for the Vehicle. However, the Hirer may be liable for any excess or costs not covered by insurance if damage or loss occurs due to the Hirer's negligence or breach of these terms.

Security: The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the Vehicle is secure at all times during the hire period.

6. Payment Terms

The Hirer agrees to pay the full hire fee as outlined in the invoice before the start of the hire period.

Any additional charges (e.g., for damage or late return) will be invoiced and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the hire period will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start of the hire period will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the hire period will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Indemnity

The Hirer agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Hirer's use of the Vehicle, except where such claims, losses, or damages are due to the Owner's negligence or breach of this agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both the Hirer and the Owner.
